Setup
Two hole cards and a five-card board, like Bored Hold'em, but you must use both hole cards plus exactly three board cards. Pot-limit is the usual structure.
Cards you use
Exactly two hole + exactly three board. You cannot play the board or use only one hole card.
Ranking quirks
Standard high, after the Bored Omaha-style constraint. A set needs a pair in the hole.
Betting streets
First betting round
Betting starts with the hole cards you were dealt. Then a betting round.
Flop
Dealer adds 3 community cards to the main board. Then a betting round.
Turn
Dealer adds 1 community card to the main board. Then a betting round.
River
Dealer adds 1 community card to the main board. Then a betting round.
