What we collect

If you create an account we store the email and password hash you submit, your table name, country flag, optional photo and bio, and your Play Money Token balance. Guest seats store a display name only until you save the seat. Square processes card payments for software hosting and Token packs — we do not store full card numbers.

The live dealer keeps the session needed to sit a table (device cookies or an app login token). We log enough to run the cardroom and stop abuse (for example, IP on login). We do not sell player lists.

What we do not do

Tokens are not money. There is no cash-out, no prize pool, and no real-money wagering. Host fees ($2.99 Sit & Go, $5.99 worldwide) and sit / Token pack charges are software purchases.

Your choices

You can edit your table profile, enable two-factor authentication, or close the account from Profile. Closing an account removes the login. Square keeps its own payment records under Square’s terms.
