After the discard, any five of the two remaining holes plus the board.

Dealer adds 3 community cards to the main board. After this betting round you discard 2 hole cards. Then a betting round.

Dealer adds 1 community card to the main board. Then a betting round.
River
Dealer adds 1 community card to the main board. Then a betting round.
