Bored Omaha

PL · also NL/FL · 6-max

Setup

Four hole cards. Five-card board. Pot-limit (PLO) is the usual structure. You must use exactly two hole cards and exactly three board cards.

Cards you use

Exactly two hole + exactly three board. Never one hole. Never three holes. Never play the board.

Ranking quirks

Standard high after the must-use-2 rule. Four hearts on the board is not a flush unless you have two hearts in the hole.

Two aces in the hole look pretty — you still need exactly two holes in the final five.

Aces up using Ah Ad + board pair. You cannot use three aces from one hole ace plus two board aces unless the second ace is also in your hand.
